    • Membership lasts 12 months from time of sale. *When completed during normal business hours and in the “off season”.
    • This agreement may be canceled at anytime with a pro-rated refund.
    • +$199 club dues cover 1 HVAC system (A/C, coil, & furnace) and 1 water heater; additional HVAC systems +$99 ea; additional water heaters +$49 ea. Repairs beyond maintenance are charged additionally at available member rates.
