- This agreement may be canceled at anytime with a pro-rated refund.
- +$199 club dues cover 1 HVAC system (A/C, coil, & furnace) and 1 water heater; additional HVAC systems +$99 ea; additional water heaters +$49 ea. Repairs beyond maintenance are charged additionally at available member rates.
- Membership discounts have no cash value.
